Rishi Aizawa (リシ・相沢, Rishi Aizawa) is a member of Alcyon Corporation. As a low-ranking member of the R&D division, their primary job is to take readings in oneirosea, often escorted by Hiro Nimura and his team.

Appearance
Aizawa is an average-height individual with brown skin and dark brown eyes. Their hair is dyed green, with dark brown roots showing, and about shoulder-length in a slightly wavy style. They wear the standard Alcyon Corporation uniform, minus the tie; they also wear glasses with green frames, and their ID card clipped to their dress shirt pocket.
Personality
Aizawa is often described as having "no presence". Between their unremarkable appearance and mild personality, others often overlook or actively forget about their presence. They're unhappy with this perception and want to change it, wanting especially to assert their identity as nonbinary, but their indecisiveness often gets in the way (e.g. dyeing their hair instead of getting a hair mod treatment because they feel the latter is too permanent). Over the course of several missions, they grow to appreciate Ichika's team for making an effort to take their opinions into account.
History
Aizawa generally does not talk about their past out of embarrassment. It is known that both of their parents work in the tech industry; while they wanted to follow in their parents' footsteps, they could only manage to get a job at Alcyon Corporation due to coincidentally being demon cell compatible.

Mare
Transmission is a manipulation-type mare which allows Aizawa to store and share information. By making direct contact with a data storage medium (e.g. a book or a hard drive), they can parse the information stored within in a human-readable format. They can also transfer information to another person, either something they know or something stored within a data storage medium they are in contact with, by making skin contact with the person in question, e.g. through a handshake.
Data reading and transfer does not occur instantly - it is only a few times faster than human reading speed - so contact must be maintained for long periods of time to transfer large amounts of data. It also does not make the transferred data any more memorable than usual, so Aizawa can forget the data they have read. This mare is noted to have basically zero combat applications, though Aizawa has experimented with using it as a distraction.
