1. What part of being an adventurer appeals to you the most?

• Helping people and fighting bad guys.
• Discovering lost arcane secrets about the workings of the world.
• Getting out of your current circumstances and doing something new.
• Meeting new people who are into the same obscure interests as you.

2. What part of being an adventurer would you hate the most?

• Not having access to modern comforts like a kitchen or running water.
• Random civilians treating you with suspicion and disrespect.

• The physical dangers posed by monsters and bandits.

3. What do you look for in a travelling companion?

• Someone who will let you do what you want without asking too many questions or getting in the way.

• Anyone is fine, really. You can make it work.

4. You're exploring some ruins. The way forward is blocked by a door that will only open if you solve the Towers of Hanoi puzzle in front of it. What do you do?

• Just solve it and move on.
• Start moving discs randomly and end up getting stuck.
• Let the rest of your party handle it. You're not into puzzles.
• Pause to ponder why the hell you would use a puzzle to lock a door in the first place.

5. How do you feel about your obligatory dead JRPG parents?

• They did their best to raise you, and you appreciate them for it.
• You had a hard time balancing their expectations of you with your own desires.
• You don't think about it much, now that you're not subject to their authority anymore.
• Honestly, they kind of sucked.

6. While chatting with a group of friends, one of them cracks a joke about you that's honestly pretty mean. You know they didn't mean to upset you, and everyone else found it pretty funny. What do you do?

• Laugh along. You're not really the kind of person to get upset over stuff like that.
• Try to explain the situation to the friend after the conversation is over, so this doesn't happen again.
• Play along and keep your hurt feelings to yourself.
• Well, they're not going to be your friend after this, that's for sure.

7. How did you pick your favourite colour?

• It reminds you of someone or something that you like.
• It goes well with your style and decorating preferences.
• You don't have a favourite colour / picked one at random so people would stop asking.
• You just like it? Nothing deep about it.

8. On a whim, you decide to have lunch at a restaurant you've never been to before. Once you've been seated and had the menu brought to you, you realize you don't know what any of the available dishes are. What do you do?

• This wouldn't happen. You wouldn't venture alone into a restaurant you know nothing about.
• Wave a server over and ask for recommendations.
• Order something randomly and just try it out.
• Leave and go somewhere else instead.

9. Which of these things would make you want to get a video game the most?

• All your friends are playing it, so if you get it you'll be able to play and/or discuss the story together.
• The story and characters are well-written and interesting.
• The gameplay hits a good mix of challenging and satisfying.
• It's made by a creator you know and like, so you know it'll be good and you'll be able to support them by buying it.

10. You've been given the opportunity to make one monster design for your favourite video game franchise, which will be included in the next installment of the game. What do you do?

• Decline. That's way too much pressure and responsibility.
• Make something you'd like to see in the game - e.g. a monster based on your favourite animal.
• Make something that makes the game more fun - e.g. a monster that drops a lot of money for a game with really overpriced items.
• Make a stupid joke monster that doesn't fit the theme of the game at all. It's canon now and there's nothing anyone can do about it.
